Originally from the UK, I've been fortunate to live and work around the world, before making Sydney home. Outside of work you'll usually find me at the beach, behind a camera, planning my next trip or hunting down great food.
I've always been naturally curious and creative, with a passion for solving problems and bringing ideas to life. After more than 20 years working across fast-paced FMCG businesses, helping drive growth and commercial outcomes, I saw many good businesses struggle with the same challenges: unclear priorities, competing opportunities and difficulty turning strategy into action.
That's what inspired me to start Booster Lab. I believe every business and brand has untapped potential, and I love partnering with leaders to roll up my sleeves, tackle the hard challenges and help create the clarity, confidence and momentum needed for growth.
